IPV was formed in 2003 by telecom industry veterans

IPV's founders have extensive backgrounds with credentials that include building a coast to coast digital switched voice network for a major carrier, designing the original cable internet structure and consulting to major carriers on data and wireless architecture and design as well as on performance and trouble situations. They have held senior positions with major carriers, telecom equipment manufacturers and have founded very successful companies.

IPV's team has inter-networked multiple IP carriers into seamless QoS solutions in both the video only and converged network spaces to satisfy 'community of interest' requirements since 2003.

Through applying their engineering background and design expertise IPV formulated the VENAS architecture and built the Connectivity+ platform, the core of VENAS to bridge networks, technology, standards and security to provide seamless real time (video, VoIP) communications across carriers.

IPV INSIGHT was designed and implemented and later the IPV FIX, as they plug into the VENAS architecture

IPV is the largest host of MCUs and gateways in the world with the greatest number of carrier connections and just about every conceivable of video hardware and network combination and understands their inter-workings eminently.
